I have extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry within an international corporation, holding HR leadership positions across various company entities, I’ve been member of management teams, worked as a line manager, and have experience in developing leadership in the organization. My HR experience encompasses change management, organizational culture development, strategic HR accountability, coaching, and the development and implementation of various HR processes, ranging from onboarding to performance and talent management.
