Bestla Coaching encompasses diverse coaching services that supports individuals, teams, and groups in personal and professional development according to their individual motivations. Individual coaching can cover various themes such as Executive Coaching, career transitions, personal growth, handling workplace stress or conflicts, making strategic decisions, and setting & achieving goals.
Team coaching offers coaching and training for individuals working within the same team, sharing common objectives, such as a leadership team.
