Education
My educational background includes a triple-accredited university-level Coaching degree, an MBA, a BBA, and a degree in Human Resource Management. I am an experienced Executive Coach, Group & Team Coach, and certified to perform personality assessments.
I have conducted international recruitments to Northern Savo from 46 different countries and all continents, increasing the organization’s workforce by 470% over approximately five years.
My work has involved change management, coaching the work community on multiculturalism from communication to practical implementation, as well as transitioning the organization’s working language to English and mentoring supervisors on leading international talent. I have provided cultural training for adapting to Finnish customs and workplace practices for international professionals. Additionally, I have coached teams and supervisors on multiculturalism.
I actively engage in various influential networks and have served as a corporate member for Migri’s work-related immigration, also mentoring for Suomen Mentorit, particularly on the theme of leading an international work community.
Education and Experience
Before setting up my own business, I had nearly 18 years of experience from international pharmaceutical industry. Most of these years, I worked in leading HR functions in three different Group companies, in two different countries.
I’ve worked as director, member of the management teams and as a line manager with direct reports, in international context. I have experience in being part of growing a small R&D company to commercial manufacturing. During the years, I’ve gained experience in change management, changing organizational structure, developing and leading the culture, strategic HR work and implementing various HR processess. I’ve coached and trained several managers, either to new role or to support their personal development.
I’m keen on developing myself and keeping my professional skills up to date with continuous studying.
